Tuesday evening we honored our longtime CASA volunteer Merle Graybill with the Volunteer of the Year Award. Merle had been a CASA for 10 years, and always did a wonderful job advocating for his children. He particularly liked advocating for the youth on his caseload, which most of the time held more than one case. He enjoyed coming to CASA socials & trainings, and his supervisor had nothing but wonderful things to say about him always. Merle was extremely dedicated to the CASA program. He passed away in August, and has been missed every day since.

Thank you Merle, for your dedication to the children of Elkhart County. You will remain in our hearts.
