Family Resource Navigators can also help you to determine if another CAPS program is a good fit and assist you in the enrollment process.
Parent Cafés
Find support through one of our many support groups or Parent Cafés. Parent Cafes are safe spaces where parents and caregivers talk about the challenges and victories of raising a family. Through individual self-reflection and peer-to-peer learning, you can explore your own strengths, learn about the Protective Factors, and create strategies from your wisdom and experiences to help strengthen your family. Parent Cafés are offered monthly in both Spanish and English. A meal for you and your family is provided at the beginning. Following the meal, children leave to do fun activities with our trained staff so you can fully participate and engage in conversations with other parents.
