Bilingual Preferred – Forensic Interviewer
Conduct developmentally, culturally, legally appropriate, and defensible forensic interviews of children and adolescents alleging abuse and/or neglect. Provide an ongoing consistent and comprehensive network of support for the child and non-offending caregiver through a multidisciplinary team approach. Empower families through the provision of systemic information, community referrals, and an empathic response.
Bilingual Preferred – Family Support Specialist – Healthy Families
The Family Support Specialist (FSS) provides a range of culturally competent evidence-based home visiting services to all families participating in the Healthy Families Program.
Family Resource Specialist – Healthy Families
The Family Resource Specialist (FRS) promotes and attracts clients to the Healthy Families program through conducting in-depth conversational assessments with at risk individuals and families who are expecting or have recently delivered a baby.
Healthy Families Supervisor
The Healthy Families Supervisor provides a range of culturally competent, reflective supervision to staff of the Healthy Families Program. Train, coach and supervise assigned Healthy Families Staff to achieve established goals. Assist with program management.
Parent Aide Home Visitor
To provide culturally competent, trauma-informed, evidenced based home visiting services with the goal of strengthening the family unit by connecting to available community resources; establishing social and concrete supports; and increasing efficient of parenting skills, nurturing and attachment, and children’s social and emotional competence.
While this position is primarily a position that works days, and occasional weekend or evening may be necessary to meet client needs. CAPS offers a flexible schedule to accommodate a healthy work life balance.
