We’re thrilled to announce that Brian Hall has officially joined CAPS as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Brian brings more than just an impressive resume; he brings a passion for our mission and a deep understanding of CAPS that stretches back over two decades.
A Bit About Brian
Brian’s professional journey began in Warsaw, Indiana, where he was born and raised. After earning his degree in accounting from Indiana University, he dedicated 17 years to public accounting before spending the last decade as CFO of Lippert. Throughout his career, Brian has been a trusted financial leader, consistently bringing stability and growth to the organizations he’s served. But it’s not just Brian’s financial expertise that makes him the right fit for this role. His over 20 years of involvement with CAPS as a Board member have given him invaluable insight into our mission and operations. Having worked closely with every CAPS CEO since Daryll Abbott, Brian has gained a deep understanding of how we function and the impact we strive to make.
A Personal Connection to Our Mission
What sets Brian apart isn’t just his career success, it’s his passion for CAPS and what we stand for. Over the years, Brian has committed his time and energy to serving on various committees, helping steer the direction of CAPS and advocating for the children and families we serve. “I’ve always had a passion for what CAPS stands for,” Brian shared recently. “After nearly twenty years of board and committee service with CAPS, it is such an honor and privilege to join the incredible CAPS staff as a member of their team. While board work is incredibly important, it always left me with a feeling of not doing enough. Now I get a chance to remedy that.”

As CFO, Brian is eager to leverage his experience to strengthen CAPS’ financial health and ensure we can continue to grow our impact in the community. He’s focused on exploring new opportunities while maintaining the solid foundation that’s been built over the years. “I’m looking forward to working alongside the amazing team here at CAPS,” Brian said. “Together, we’ll continue to fulfill the CAPS mission and ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive in a safe and supportive environment.”
