Schedule
Flexible Schedule, 30 hours weekly, must be able to work some evening hours.
Purpose of Position
The coordinator is responsible for the overall operation of the Supervised Visits program. This includes training and directing staff, coordinating visits with all involved parties and maintaining records and reports.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, psychology, sociology or a directly related human services field and 5 years child welfare experience: OR a related Master’s degree. Some evening work required.
Schedule
Flexible, full time. Hours are primarily M-F 8-5, but some flexibility to meet with families outside these times (if necessary) is required.
Purpose of Position
In this role you will work with parents in improving parenting skills and optimizing the home environment for the physical and mental well-being of the children. You may act as a liaison between families and other community agencies, you may assist parents in making and attending appointments for doctors, social service agencies etc. You will establish home visit plans with goals, objectives and activities and report on observations made during visits. These roles involve working one on one with individual families in their home.
Candidates must be interested in learning about child development, as well as the dynamics of abuse and neglect.
Qualifications
Required- Candidates must be at least 21 years of age with a high school education, or equivalent. Must have a current driver’s license, vehicle, and minimum insurance requirements.
Preferred- 4 year degree in social service, child development, education, psychology or related field.
Schedule
Flexible, full time (30 – 40 hours) Primarily M-F 8-5, but some flexibility to meet with families outside these times (if necessary) is required.
Purpose of Position
The Parent Aide establishes a trusting relationship with at-risk families by initiating and maintaining regular client contact, with visits happening at the client’s home. The Parent Aide works with the program supervisor to establish a case plan with goals, objectives and activities in a consistent and timely manner.
The Parent Aide assists parents in making and attending appointments for doctors, social service agencies, etc. They act as a liaison between families and other community agencies; Familiarizes self with community resources appropriate to needs of clients and the dynamics of child abuse and neglect.
Qualifications
Must have access to a car; have a valid driver’s license and insurance. Candidates must have a 4 year college degree .
Schedule
30 hours weekly. Monday through Friday.

To further the CAPS mission by providing efficient, organized, and accurate administrative support for CAPS Court Services Programs which include:
Work includes establishing and maintaining electronic and paper client files, reports, billing data, and payment records. Also includes extensive written and verbal communication with multiple volunteers and program staff.
